A sustainability-focused organisation sought an experienced Change and Transition Lead to spearhead a new transformation program aligned with the organisation’s five-year strategy.

The newly appointed CEO was looking for an interim leader who could immediately take charge of the transformation initiatives, ensuring that policies were reviewed, accountability was increased, and reporting mechanisms were optimised to meet future program expectations and maximise the organisation’s potential.
