The Brief
The GM of People and Culture contacted the Interim Executive team to identify an Interim Chief Financial Officer while the incumbent was on personal leave for three months.
The organisation was seeking someone capable of running the finance function and working collaboratively with the Executive Team to develop a longer-term financial strategy to grow revenue and build financial sustainability to support the organisation’s program of work, including investments, external funding, partnerships, and commercialisation.

The Outcome
The interim CFO commenced in the role for a period of three months and received very positive feedback for her contribution.
Three months after finishing her first engagement, and due to an organisational restructure, she was re-engaged with the organisation for a six-month assignment as Interim Finance Director until the end of 2022.
