Future Leadership was engaged by a national aged care provider to appoint an Interim Resident Experience and Community Engagement Director.

The engagement followed heightened scrutiny across the aged care sector in the wake of the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety.

The interim role was responsible for leading the Sales and Marketing team, developing strategies to maintain and increase occupancy across 72 care homes, and strengthening engagement with residents and their families during a period of organisational transformation.
