The Brief
A disability support services organisation reached out to the Future Leadership™ Interim Executive team to find an urgent Interim solution for their Head of People and Culture while the permanent search process was underway.
Following the departure of the permanent Head of People and Culture, the Chief Executive Officer and leadership team required someone with experience in managing both transformational and cultural change who could provide operational and strategic HR advice.
