The Brief
The Director of P&C approached Interim Executive requiring assistance to find a generalist HR Manager.
Their own search had not uncovered anyone suitability qualified as many of the processes and procedure were in need of an overhaul. There was also mandatory requirements for Gender Equality work due as well as assistance with completing phase one of their workforce planning strategy.

Based on the findings from the client briefing session, the Interim Executive team suggested appointing a HR specialist with expert technical skills and a track record of implementing time sensitive initiatives.

The Outcome
Interim Executive was able to place a tech focused, Global HR Executive with deep experience in developing and delivering a great culture, future focused people strategies across industries including FinTech, Biopharma, Automotive, Retail, Finance, FMCG, Health, Supply Chain and Mining.
By developing a detailed Action Plan, they were successful in enabling the organisation to achieve the compliance requirements of the Victorian Gender Equality Act 2020 (VGEA). as well as lead the organisation on the path to achieve Gender Equality beyond just compliance.
