The Brief

During a critical transition period, a prestigious medical college required stable and assured leadership to maintain continuity. Renowned for its rigorous medical training programs and strong relationships with government agencies and healthcare providers, the institution sought an interim executive to navigate this delicate phase seamlessly.

The primary objectives of the interim role were to provide experienced leadership during the transition, oversee and support the implementation of key education projects and initiatives, and manage existing relationships while fostering engagement with government agencies and associated networks. Additionally, the ideal candidate needed expertise in transforming educational strategies through contemporary practices, the ability to cultivate key relationships swiftly, and, ideally, experience within a medical environment.
