Working with Andrew on the application and interview process was supportive and generative. He provided background on the position and the University context, and briefed me on how to navigate the interview and presentation process. I felt, with his support, that I could tell my story and present a true account of what I could offer and how I would approach this job in a way that was true to my experience and capability.
