Dr Shaymaa Elkadi has been appointed as the new Chief Services Officer of InTouch Multicultural Centre Against Family Violence and commencing on 31st October 2024. Shaymaa will lead the team towards service excellence and national expansion. The role is pivotal in shaping the future of inTouch, developing and implementing strategies that will expand inTouch’s reach and impact across Australia. Shaymaa’s key strengths are positive and impactful leadership and complex service delivery in vulnerable communities which she will bring to the role.

Shaymaa is an ardent system and service reform leader with demonstrated experience in shaping innovative pathways of service excellence for the most complex and vulnerable in our community. By inspiring, stimulating and driving the transformation and evolution of system design, governance, and quality improvement across public, private, and not-for-profit justice, health, and wellbeing organisations.

Most recently in Shaymaa’s career, she has held the positions of Executive Manager Strategy and Program Integration at Foundation House, Strategic Advisor – Mental Health at cohealth, Service And Systems Advisor, Family Violence at Djirra (First Nations Family Violence Services), Co-Founder And Managing Director at The Humble Mission of Melbourne.
