With over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles across high-performing independent schools in Australia and the UK, including her current role as Dean of Student Learning at Penrhos College, Laura brings a wealth of expertise in pedagogy, curriculum innovation, staff development, and inclusive academic improvement.

Laura’s commitment to values-driven educational leadership and her alignment with the Ignatian principles of faith, justice, and service make her an exceptional fit for John XXIII College. Her strategic vision and dedication to fostering educational excellence will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement in teaching and learning across the Secondary School, in alignment with the College’s Strategic Plan.
