Leigh Dooley has been appointed as the General Manager of Marketing, Sales and Communications at Phillips Coaching, having commenced in the role at the end of January this year. Leigh’s position supports the growth of their multi-sports coaching and athlete development program. This appointment heralds the start of an exciting next chapter for Phillips Coaching, and he will work closely with the recently appointed Chief Executive Officer, Simon Lloyd.
Leigh has over 18 years of expertise as a versatile and results-driven professional. Experience extending across areas of sports management, sponsorship and commercial sales, strategic development, sports branding, C-suite stakeholders and relationships, sports marketing, and brand activation management. Leigh’s industry experience includes Cricket (Big Bash League & Victoria State Format), Australian Football League (AFL & AFLW), Motorsports (Supercars), Horse & Greyhound Racing, & Professional Golf Tournaments (Australia).
