“I found working with Deborah Komesaroff, Alice Silver and Paris Plompen at Future Leadership to be a professional and straight forward candidate experience. The team always communicated in a clear and consistent way, they were very transparent, quick to contact me if something needed to change and were willing to listen and adapt. Overall, I found the recruitment process was easy to navigate, robust but fair and gave me enough opportunity to interact with the recruiting manger and team which allowed me to obtain a good sense of Annecto’s culture and drivers for the role, giving me confidence and a great candidate experience end to end.”
