Ms Caroline Kubis has been appointed to the position of Human Resources Manager at Billanook College and commenced in August 2024. In this position Caroline will lead the operational and strategic delivery of Human Resources services across the College Leadership Team to identify, develop and implement solutions across a range of HR functions including recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, organisational development and industrial relations.
Caroline has over 15 years combined HR experience across recruitment, employee relations, policy, performance and case management and most recently engaged with Monash University as a Workplace Relations Consultant.
Caroline holds a Masters of Workplace and Employment Law from Monash University and Bachelor of Business (Majors in Human Resources and Marketing) from Latrobe University.
