Ms Ceri Lloyd has been appointed to the position of Deputy Principal / Head of Senior School at Firbank Grammar School and will commence in January 2025. Reporting to the Principal, Ceri will be responsible for overseeing the entire school in conjunction with the effective and efficient daily operation of the Senior School.

Currently the Deputy Principal / Head of Senior School at St Catherine’s School, Ceri has progressed through significant teaching and learning roles since her initial appointment as Head of English. In her present role, she is responsible for the strategic planning and operational management of the Senior School, with a focus on policy, staffing, academics, and student wellbeing.

With over three decades in education, Ceri has excelled in various roles encompassing teaching, learning, curriculum development, strategic planning, operations, and student wellbeing. Ceri’s leadership is characterised by her dedication to fostering a culture of professional thinking and learning and building high-performing teams. Her commitment to innovation and the creation of forward-thinking programs has consistently supported young people in their academic and life pursuits.
