Ms. Maree Fellows has been appointed to the position of Executive Director Clinical Operations with West Gippsland Healthcare Group

Ms. Maree Fellows has been appointed to the position of Executive Director Clinical Operations with West Gippsland Healthcare Group and will commence on Monday 7 July 2025. This is a core leadership position in the provision of clinical operations leadership for acute, sub-acute and aged care services within the health service. Maree will provide strategic leadership for the planning, policy direction and advice across the portfolio.

Maree is senior clinical leader with an extensive career of executive management experience in many roles within the health sector and more than 20 years of senior operational leadership experience across both the private and public health sector.

Maree’s most recent position was as Executive Acute Services, Chief Nurse and Midwife with

Bairnsdale Regional Health Services (BRHS) which she held since October 2022. Prior to that, she also held interim positions with BRHS including Interim Director, Clinical Operations, Chief Nurse and Midwife and Interim Director of Community Wellbeing and Partnerships.
