Ms. Susan Green was appointed to the position of Business Transformation Lead with Australian Dental Council (ADC) and commenced on 10 November 2025. The ADC works to protect the health and safety of the public by ensuring dental practitioners meet the high standards required of dental professionals in Australia, key elements of the Business Transformation Lead position include integrating quality assurance and continuous improvement into organisational practices.
Throughout her career, Susan has consistently delivered end-to-end organisational transformations in complex, regulated, and high-stakes environments. She is a strategic and results-driven Senior Program and Continuous Improvement Manager with a proven ability to lead high-budget, time-sensitive technology, operational and capital projects.
Before joining ADC, Susan spent over two years at Future Fund, first as an Operational Excellence Consultant and later as a Program Manager.
