We are pleased to announce the appointment of Lucy Lyford as Deputy Principal of Billanook College.
Lucy brings more than 25 years of experience in the Independent School sector and has been a valued member of the Billanook community for the past four years as Head of Senior School. During this time, she has played a key role in supporting enrolment growth, leading curriculum, and pastoral initiatives, and fostering strong relationships across the College community.
Her leadership in implementing the VCE Vocational Major, combined with her strategic contributions as a member of the College Leadership Team and recent experience as Acting Deputy Principal, reflects her deep understanding of the College’s culture and direction.
Lucy’s strong commitment to child safety, staff development, and inclusive leadership—along with her Master of Leadership and completion of the ISV Aspiring Principals Program—further equip her for this next stage of leadership.
