The Position

Girton Grammar School is seeking experienced, values‑driven leaders to join its Board of Directors at an exciting point in the School’s strategic journey.

Girton’s Board is comprised of committed, skilled and community‑minded individuals who work in close partnership with School leadership to guide strategy, uphold strong governance, and ensure the School continues to deliver an outstanding educational experience within a supportive and inclusive environment.

Building on the stewardship of previous generations of Board members, incoming Directors will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the embedding of the School’s refreshed mission and values, support delivery of current strategic priorities and Master Plan, and help shape future iterations of the Strategic Plan.

Priority skills for new Directors include:

  • Finance / Accounting
  • Operational / Infrastructure / Commercial
  • Information Technology
  • Risk & Governance
