Where confidence is rebuilt and participation begins
Our client strengthens social inclusion and economic participation by delivering services that restore confidence, build capability and enable people to re‑engage with work and community life.
The Board are currently seeking expressions of interest to appoint the organisation’s next Chief Executive Officer who will lead the enterprise strategy in partnership with the Board, delivering the 2024–2027 strategic plan and shaping a roadmap to 2030 and beyond.
With an established presence and growing profile, there is a powerful platform to springboard the incoming CEO; translating purpose into clear priorities, growing, and measuring impact, and ensuring strong alignment across services, operations, and resources. With the support of a skills-based Board, a dedicated team and volunteer group, the CEO will evolve and steward strategic relationships with sponsors, supporters, referral organisations and community partners, raising the organisation’s profile through compelling storytelling and external engagement that nurtures referrals, income and reach.
We are seeking a values-led leader who can support clients as well as a small but mighty workforce & volunteer group with empathy, clarity, and a future focused orientation, embedding continuous improvement in high quality service delivery.
To be successful in the role you will be an inclusive leader, passionate about impact, with the ability to drive a sustainable income model that draws on expertise across NFP, philanthropy, sponsorship, grants, partnerships, and social enterprise management. Ideally you will draw on previous executive or CEO capability that enables you to lead at an enterprise level in relation to strategy, financial management, governance, and risk mitigation.
This is a part-time 3 day per week opportunity, based in the inner city. It offers flexibility and a highly rewarding opportunity to shape lives across Victoria.
Details of the organisation and a candidate information package will be shared with applicants who submit an expression of interest.
