The Position
John XXIII College is seeking a Deputy Principal of Teaching Learning who is a forward-thinking, collaborative leader with a deep understanding of contemporary educational practices and a strong commitment to fostering academic excellence within a faith-based learning environment.
The Deputy Principal Teaching and Learning is a key member of the College Executive, Secondary Leadership, and Academic Leadership Teams, responsible for driving excellence in pedagogy and academic outcomes across the Secondary School.
This senior leadership position is central to the development and implementation of a clear and future-focused vision for teaching and learning at John XXIII College.
The Deputy Principal Teaching and Learning provides strategic leadership in the design and execution of Secondary School initiatives aligned with the College’s Strategic Plan, with a particular focus on curriculum innovation, learning enhancement, and continuous academic improvement.
