The Position

Trinity Grammar School, Kew is seeking a strategic and engaging Director of Digital Services to shape the School’s digital future, balancing strong technology transformational expertise and operational leadership with a clear focus on enabling high‑quality teaching, learning and school‑wide performance.

The Director of Digital Services drives the delivery of ICT Services and programs that achieves optimal outcomes for the School’s strategic operational, educational and business requirements.

Reporting to the Principal through the Director of Business, the Director leads a team of IT and AV professionals and is responsible for ensuring the security, reliability and integrity of ICT services. The role acts as a key digital and future technology advisor to the Senior Leadership Team and will lead the major SIS/CRM (Scholar ion) Transformation project which is an exciting major systems change management enterprise opportunity for the School.

Building a cohesive team, the Director of Digital Services will focus on enhancing capability and sustaining an environment of performance service and accountability. The role and team play a critical role in developing, overseeing and maintaining an infrastructure and cyber secure environment for the Trinity community.

As part of the Educational Support Staff team, the Director will work to achieve team-based deliverables and individual performance targets while providing a high standard of service to support the School’s business functions and programs.
