The Position
Reporting into the CEO, and supporting the Executive Leadership Team, the Head of Planning and Projects is a key leadership role driving the implementation and integration of ECMS’ new 2030 Strategy and growth plans.
The role will lead a small team that will focus on connecting the organisation with its strategic aspirations through value-add planning processes, overseeing the creation of a PMO and maximising the opportunities for growth as a result of the ‘Best Start, Best Life’ reforms in Victoria. Central to the role will be embedding practices and disciplines that improve organisational sustainability, in its broadest sense: cultural, financial, operational sustainability.
This role is well suited to someone who has hands on planning and project management experience in driving the full lifecycle of transformation/change and is looking to extend their career at an organisation where they can make a meaningful impact. Proven experience leading and guiding teams is highly desirable as is strong commercial and strategic acumen, with the ability to balance innovation and pragmatism.
