The Position

The overall purpose of this position is to contribute to the achievement of Gowrie Victoria’s purpose and strategy by developing early learning services that demonstrate exceptional early childhood practice. Working collaboratively across the organisation, the position will drive internal and external partnerships to embed working knowledge of relevant trends, research and policy.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and as a key member of the executive, the Executive Manager, Early Learning translates theory into practice, reflecting contemporary knowledge and research, with sensitivity to the changing early childhood sector environment. To be successful in the role it is anticipated that candidates will demonstrate their record of achievement in the delivery of strategic goals and organisational development.  You will be an accomplished leader who can manage stakeholder relationships across the sector; including with government, peak bodies, philanthropic and research partners.
