The Position
Glen Eira City Council is seeking to appoint a dynamic Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead a team delivering high quality human resources strategy, services and support aligned to strong community and business outcomes.
The role is multi-faceted – providing leadership across the organisation, and acting as a partner and trusted advisor to the new CEO Lucy Roffey and her Executive Team.
You will bring a track record of achievement as a senior HR executive and be able to operate at both the strategic and operational levels. A pragmatic and collegiate team player, you will provide a sharp focus on internal customer service and be able to provide contemporary advice across the breadth of the portfolio.
