We are seeking expressions of interest to appoint a highly qualified and experienced consultant as the Independent Chairperson for the CEO Employment Matters Committee, tasked with providing independent advice in line with relevant legislation and policy.
The role requires an impactful and collaborative executive leader, adviser or consultant with a reputation for the highest of integrity along with superior interpersonal and negotiation skills.
The key selection criteria includes:
- Demonstrated human resource management experience and leadership.
- Prior experience in chairing or serving on boards, committees, or other governance structures.
- Demonstrated understanding of public sector governance requirements.
The term of appointment for the Independent Chairperson will be for an initial two-year term and can be reappointed thereafter by a Council resolution.
