2023 Sustainability Report

Our sustainability agenda is integral to our growth strategy

On behalf of the growing Future Leadership team, we are pleased to share this update on our sustainability agenda in what has been a watershed year for us. In seeking to better understand our stakeholder needs and using this to shape the way we do business, we have further embedded economic, environmental and social sustainability at our core.

This past year has seen some great progress and milestone moments in our sustainability journey, including:

• a successful application through a high calibre, team-based submission that resulted in our certification as a B Corp;
• addition of ESG, risk and commercial capability to our Board;
• development of our capability ecosystem to define how we interact with stakeholders for a mutually sustainable future;
• implementation of our Environmental Management System (EMS)
