This past year has seen some great progress and milestone moments in our sustainability journey, including:

• Our evolution from seven unique businesses to one brand under Future Leadership has allowed us to integrate and balance our service mix. This demonstrates the success of our deliberate diversification strategy in meeting the evolving needs of our clients.
• With over 1,000 executives joining our Future Exchange community this year, our reach and influence continue to grow.
• Our investment in people continues with the graduation of the inaugural Future Leaders cohort and the third Future Board Scholarship going live.
• Our commitment to innovation, and developing new technologies to allow clients and candidates greater visibility into the future capabilities that will set them apart.
