The Model of Leadership by Future Leadership™ takes a systems approach, positing three core components underpinned by evidenced methodology:

• Context – ‘the ask of leadership’ refers to the environment features in which leadership is to occur.
• Capability – ‘the ability to perform’ represents the transferrable knowledge, non-technical skills, experiences and behaviours a leader has developed and that can be applied to future leadership requirements.
