With a background in administration across many industries and organisations, Heidi Preissner supports the Future Leadership Executive Search team. A diverse background with a Bachelor of Arts (Tourism) allows Heidi to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients, along with her attention to detail. Supporting the management of assignments and preparation of relevant documentation working in the areas of Health and For Purpose, Heidi manages relationships as well as understanding client and candidate needs.   

Heidi is instrumental in providing exceptional client and candidate care ensuring a positive first impression and experience of the business through effective communication, upholding Future Leadership values and processes.
