Holding an MBA with Distinction from Monash University and a Six Sigma Green Belt, Kailash has built his career at the intersection of operations and intelligence leveraging tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Salesforce to surface insights that sharpen performance and guide strategic priorities. His work across organisations including AGL, City of Melbourne, and illion has seen him lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, embed structured reporting frameworks, and partner with senior stakeholders to align execution with organisational goals.
