Karishma Kumar brings over a decade of administration experience from New Zealand, with a diverse professional background across multiple sectors. Her career includes roles as a Project Coordinator in the IT industry, a Business Development Manager at PwC for two years, and an Executive Assistant at Spark NZ. Earlier in her career, Karishma trained and worked as a qualified Chiropractor before transitioning fully into the corporate sector.

At Future Leadership, Karishma provides project management and candidate support to consultants working across the education sector. Driven by a passion for making a positive difference in people’s lives whether emotional, spiritual, physical, or professional, Karishma is committed to helping individuals recognise and achieve their full potential.
