Oliver Stokes

Oliver Stokes is a member of Future Leadership’s Business Services team, supporting the delivery of Advisory projects. With a strong interest in organisational development and workplace wellbeing, he brings a thoughtful, people-centred lens to his work behind the scenes.

Oliver recently completed his Honours in Psychology at La Trobe University and is working towards a career as an organisational psychologist. Prior to joining Future Leadership, he worked as a Counselling Administration Assistant at Ivanhoe Girls’ Grammar School, where he developed strengths in stakeholder support, scheduling, and working within wellbeing-focused environments.

At Future Leadership, Oliver contributes to the smooth running of Advisory engagements, ensuring consultants and clients are well supported throughout the project lifecycle.
