Business Services Manager, AdvisoryRenée has extensive Customer Service, Operations and Process Improvement experience spanning not-for-profit, public and commercial sectors.
Before joining Future Leadership, Renée worked at Arts Centre Melbourne as Director of Customer Service and prior to this as Head of Volunteering Operations at Australian Red Cross. In these roles she led large teams responsible for creating and delivering memorable stakeholder experiences.
Renée has a range of qualifications in Service Design, Agile and Lean methodologies and enjoys designing and streamlining processes to drive focus on the things that matter most. With 20+ year’s experience leading customer service teams, an unwavering service mindset and focus on customer experience is at the heart of all that she does.
