Future Leadership was invited to provide credentials to support a transport authority’s executives with coaching and individual leadership development. The broad brief was that leaders need support to better engage and lead their teams during times of change and high workload. ​

Future Leadership has an ongoing relationship with the said organisation that delivers more than %30 billion in metropolitan and regional projects. The engagement with the organisation included acoaching a small number of leaders on key leadership skills like influencing, driving high performance, career planning and team effectiveness.

Future Leadership designed and implemented a tailored coaching program:

  • Needs Assessment: Collaborated with the client to identify leadership gaps and developmental areas.
  • Coaching Framework Design: Developed a structured coaching framework aligned with organisational objectives and individual leader goals.
  • Tailored Delivery: Delivered one-on-one coaching sessions, incorporating tools for self-awareness, resilience, and stakeholder management.
  • Ongoing Support and Feedback: Provided follow-up sessions and progress reviews to ensure sustained development.

Each individual need was unique, with all participants reporting positive shifts in their development as a result of engaging with an executive coach. They have worked on their development areas including influencing, strategy, having difficult conversations and career planning. 

Future Leadership continues to be called upon to support executives at this organisation who may need individual coaching support.
