June Parker leads the Leadership and Coaching practice. With over 20 years of experience working with CEOs, executives, and senior leaders, June is a highly qualified executive coach. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation and holds CDAA accreditation.  

June’s career spans roles as an executive, an external coach, an in-house leadership coach, and a consultant running her own coaching business. As a result, she has strong business and leadership skills and quickly grasps the needs of her clients. June is challenging, proactive and future-focused. In 2020, June designed and built the state-of-the-art career platform Career Accelerator. It was acquired by Future Leadership and further developed into Executive Accelerator. The platform integrates digital and face-to-face learning, enabling participants to optimise their one-on-one time with coaches while engaging deeply with practical career development components online.

With post-graduate qualifications in Leadership, Human Resources and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, June’s studies in neuroscience and brain health reflect her passion for continuous learning. As a former President of the Equal Employment Opportunity Network, June is committed to promoting diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging.

June’s good sense of humour and approachability combined with her direct yet supportive style enables her clients to feel safe whilst stretching themselves to develop and progress in their careers.
