Mark Lelliott

Mark Lelliott has held senior executive roles as Chairman, Regional President, CEO and General Manager for American, British, European multinationals and Australian listed Corporations, Private Enterprises and Partnerships prior to commencing his career in the executive search and advisory sectors. He entered the sector as Director with a niche executive search firm before being recruited by the largest international search firm in the 90’s. An entrepreneur, he founded his own firm in 2002 which was acquired by Future Leadership in 2023. He is well respected by the Boards and Senior Executives in both the Public and Commercial Sectors domestically and globally. Mark understands the importance of empowering organisations to build teams with the right leadership and management skills to assist organisations, through their leadership, to achieve their strategic goals and outcomes.

As a Stanford Business School Alumni Mark has managed hundreds of searches domestically, regionally and internationally. He has designed and delivered leadership assessment, advisory, development and change management programs in partnership with clients and his peers for over 3000 executives.

Mark is committed to family and is an active promoter of greater engagement between business and the arts. This has included his role as a Councillor with the Australia Business Arts Foundation, a Trustee of the Australian Centre for the Moving Image Foundation and a member of a significant arts committee.
