The Process

Future Leadership co-designed a comprehensive assessment program with the Group Managing Director to evaluate the technical and leadership capabilities of the 11 Divisional Heads. The program included:

  • One-on-One Sessions: Conducting two individual sessions with each executive team member to assess their strengths, development areas, and how their capabilities compared to market standards.
  • Comprehensive Reporting: Developing a detailed report for the Managing Director and CEO, providing insights into the leadership team’s capabilities, organisational culture, and dynamics.
  • Workshops: Facilitating two team workshops to share findings, engage participants in discussions, and plan the way forward.
  • Expert Consulting Team: Resourcing the project with a consulting team experienced in leadership and behavioural assessment, with deep technical knowledge in the telecommunications sector.
