The Process
Future Leadership conducted a thorough sourcing process via networks and research into relevant banking and financial services leaders across Australia.
Advocacy was a key aspect, as some high-quality candidates were not familiar with the organisation. Willingness to relocate to Adelaide, where the company is based, was also a consideration.
