The Brief

Future Leadership was engaged by a major national agency responsible for transforming disability services in Australia.

The goal was to recruit over 69 Senior Executive Service (SES) level executives between 2016 and 2024, including multiple roles being filled simultaneously. The agency required leaders with diverse backgrounds, including lived experiences of disability, and expertise across various sectors such as disability service delivery, insurance, actuarial services, human services, finance, IT, risk, people, quality, and culture.
