Nikki May

Chief Creative Officer

Nikki May is a creative strategist, disruptive thinker, and marketing communications professional. She is the Global Communications Advisor to the International Women’s Forum, headquartered in Washington D.C, and was the founding Communications Director for the International Women’s Forum Australia. She works pro bono as a ghostwriter for well-known emerging leaders through her company Invisible Inc and mentors entrepreneurs through the annual Leadership Fellows Program run in partnership with Harvard and INSEAD. Having recently completed studies at the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Program 2024, Nikki is passionate about leveraging AI to promote the best of what humanity has to offer.

Before contributing to the shaping of Future Leadership, Nikki led creative design for luxury brands C2 Montreal, Abercrombie & Kent, Yering Station and Rathbone Wine Group as well as creating campaigns for several global UN agencies and Aljazeera while living in South East Asia, headquartered Myanmar. She is responsible for founding the first girl band in Myanmar to advocate for free speech impacting the successful lifting of censorship laws, before returning to Australia to live at the beach with her two kids.

At Future Leadership, Nikki oversees all brand, marketing and communications activities, as well as product design and AI implementation. She is passionate about bringing better diversity to leadership tables across the world.
