With over 25 years of experience in leadership, advisory, and strategy roles across various sectors. Michelle is  sought after strategist and change partners for Boards and Executives to ensure future fit workplaces that enable people and organisations to thrive.

A Harvard Business School alumni, and former CEO of Chandler Macleod, Michelle has successfully led diverse teams of thousands through significant change programs, leveraging her ability to quickly develop and execute strategies that drive transformation whilst delivering operational excellence.

As a former Telstra Business Woman and founding director of the Australian chapter of the International Women’s Forum, Michelle champions diverse, intergenerational workforces. Her versatility has been demonstrated as an Owner, Director and CEO in service-based businesses across many sectors in Australia, New Zealand and Asia whilst also mentoring and coaching emerging leaders.

Michelle speaks to the balance between sustainable and ambitious growth and is known for driving outcomes underpinned by a sense of purpose and play. She believes in the idea of ‘life-giving workplaces and views rapid disruption as a gifted opportunity to challenge old paradigms, inefficient processes and outdated ideas of culture.
