The Process
Future Leadership™ assembled a specialised team, including Sandra Kerr and an experienced research and administration team, to lead the search. Key steps included:
- Targeted Search and Talent Pooling: Following an in-depth briefing, Future Leadership™ conducted a targeted search process supported by an online advertising campaign. Sandra Kerr reached out to candidates with prior experience in the sector in addition to individuals with extensive experience in managing external arrangements including service level agreements and ideally within the Health environment.
- Comprehensive Shortlisting: A shortlist of eight candidates was presented to the selection committee with four strong candidates being considered in panel interviews with Uniting AgeWell.
- Panel Interviews and Strategic Presentation: Panel interviews were held with candidates interviewed against specifically tailored questions. Future Leadership™ then conducted full referencing checking before the successful candidate was appointed.
