The Position
Cranbrook School is seeking a Deputy Head of Senior School, Student Engagement with significant expertise in designing and delivering programs that activate student potential, harness student strengths, develop a tool kit for wellbeing and promote personal and academic growth, while helping foster a thriving school culture.
The Deputy Head of Senior School, Student Engagement will be a strategic and relational leader with experience creating meaningful student engagement opportunities that enhance individual and collective efficacy and belonging.
The ideal candidate will hold qualifications in positive psychology/ positive education and a demonstrated experience in Positive Education, having led initiatives supporting every learner to optimise their growth, purpose and sense of community.
