Kirsti Hitz-Morton

Kirsti Hitz-Morton is a highly regarded educational leader with a teaching and school leadership career spanning over 30 years, based in Sydney. Kirsti brings a deep commitment to developing school leaders and growing school communities, as well as experience in designing and leading curriculum across Government, Independent and International schools, . She has a passion for Early Years and Primary Education, which, combined with her high energy and personable character allows her to positively hold deep relationships with all stakeholders. Kirsti is an experienced International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP), Workshop Leader and School Evaluating Team Member. 

Outside of her executive search experience, Kirsti was the Assistant Head of the Elementary School at the Australian International School, Singapore (AIS) and the Assistant Director of the AIS Early Learning Centre. Her most recent school leadership role in Australia was the Director of Curriculum (PK-6) and Director of Early Learning at Trinity Grammar Preparatory School (Sydney).

Kirsti’s experience in partnering with Independent Schools both internationally and nationally in executive search roles is extensive. Her passion and experience for building leadership capacity allow her to support schools to build leadership teams that thrive and grow.

Kirsti Hitz-Morton holds a Diploma of Teaching and Bachelor of Education from Charles Sturt University.
