The program responded to a shift in leadership expectations—from hierarchical models to self-managed, autonomous teams—and the need to foster psychological safety, adaptability, and empowerment. Key objectives included strengthening coaching capability, building trust-based teams, and equipping leaders to lead across the organisation during times of change.
