Leadership Development Program Drives Capability Uplift for Executives in the Victorian Government
The Brief
In 2018, Future Leadership won a multi-year contract with a state level public sector commission and a leadership academy to deliver Phase 1 of a three-phase, 12-month leadership development program.
The program aimed to create a significant capability uplift across the Executive levels of the public sector, with a target population of 750 executives. The goal was to develop a suite of leadership insight tools that were carefully mapped to the organisation’s Leadership Capability Framework.
