Lisa Everton

Lisa Everton is an experienced Organisational Psychologist focussed on aligning human potential and the science of people’s behaviour at work to business strategy. She is passionate about balancing science and practice to drive positive working environments and solve people problems which help individuals and teams to thrive and ultimately impact business performance. With a background in consulting working in capability, organisational development, leadership development, talent management and assessment, she has partnered with individuals, teams and organisations across a diverse range of industries and contexts. 

In the Leadership Development practice, Lisa Everton has partnered with organisations to help them strategically achieve their people, leadership and capability aspirations. Specifically, she is involved in the design and delivery of various leadership development programs, coaching, assessment and facilitation. She leads project teams to deliver successful outcomes for our clients.

Lisa has a vision to build Leadership Development programs for industry groups, creating cross-silo communities of practise. She believes this will help organisations contribute to the systems change needed for a bettter world.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) Honours and a Masters of Organisational Psychology from Deakin University and is a Psychology Board Approved Supervisor which enables her to coach and develop emerging organisational psychologists. Lisa is accredited to administer and interpret a number of psychometric assessments including the Saville Wave, OPQ, The Leadership Circle and Hogan Suite of Assessments.
