A targeted search was conducted nationally supported by a digital advertising campaign, and individuals were predominantly sought from the health sector, those with a clinician background were also of interest and those with executive leadership capability and digital, data and governance experience and understanding.

A diverse shortlist of nine candidates and five more candidates for discussion were presented bringing a mix of experience from consulting through to healthcare and government. Four candidates progressed to selection panel for interview.

Key steps included:

  • Targeted Search and Talent Pooling
  • Comprehensive Shortlisting
  • Panel Interviews and Strategic Presentation

The process was completed with 360-degree reference checks and full reports provided to the client for consideration.
