Future Leadership was engaged by a leading Australian dairy and food company, known for producing iconic brands, to support the integration of different cultures and leaders following the acquisition of a major dairy and drinks business.
The organisation aimed to create a common leadership language and foster collaboration across its newly expanded operations. The goal was to bring together leaders from various divisions to ensure cohesive leadership and to break down silos, enabling the company to navigate its challenges effectively.

The Process
Future Leadership recommended the “Ignite” program, a series of Coaching Circles designed to deliver leadership development content in a way that was integrated with day-to-day work. The program ran over six months and included:
- Welcome Session: A kick-off event where the executive team introduced the program and its objectives.
- 6 Coaching Circles: The program included six sessions, with Circles 1, 3, and 5 focusing on content-rich leadership topics aligned with the company’s leadership capabilities. Circles 2, 4, and 6 were dedicated to application, troubleshooting, and peer learning.
