The Process

Future Leadership suggested customised transition programmes for each of the 8 members of the Executive and Management team. This consisted of a 6-month programme of one-on-one coaching sessions underpinned by a robust transition framework.

The organisation was unable to provide the same level of support to the warehouse teams but still wanted to ensure the team received practical and relevant help to successfully transition. Many of the team were long-term employees, and for many, English wasn’t their first language.

Future Leadership designed a series of live Zoom workshops for this cohort, containing clear job search information and provided time for questions. These sessions were recorded and then sent to those in attendance and those who were working shifts or could not attend. In addition, they received one coaching session and 24/7 access to Future Leadership’s proprietary digital outplacement programme, Career Accelerator. This showed them what they needed to know to secure their next role.

Client Testimonial:

“It was tough. I was the last person to leave Quay.

June provided me with emotional and career transition support. We explored many options over the months we worked together and I took comfort in the fact that I knew she always had my best interests at heart and was always available to speak to whenever I needed.

I found the program and her coaching and advice invaluable. Her knowledge is vast about recognising your strengths and transferrable skills, how to transition, and how to set up your own business.

I know the others in the organisation felt the same. I would highly recommend June and Future Leadership.”
