The Process

The Emerging Leaders Program was co-designed with organisations People and Culture team and delivered across multiple cohorts. The program offered flexible delivery options—fully face-to-face, hybrid, or fully virtual—and included the following core components:

  • Facet5 Psychometric Assessment: Participants completed this tool to build self-awareness and understand their leadership preferences.
  • Workshops: A series of full-day, face-to-face sessions focused on leadership fundamentals, including adaptive leadership, team dynamics, values mapping, and the GROW coaching model.
  • Coaching Circles: Small group sessions facilitated online to deepen learning, encourage reflection, and build peer support networks.
  • Self-Directed Learning: Participants engaged in activities between sessions to apply insights in their day-to-day roles.
  • Masterclasses: Delivered by subject matter experts, these sessions explored advanced topics such as leading in complexity and leading with purpose.
  • Graduation and Showcase: The program concluded with a whole-of-cohort event where participants shared their learnings and received certificates of completion.

Participants were also encouraged to form peer learning partnerships or be matched with mentors from different departments to broaden their organisational perspective
